"80th Birthday Trip"

Hotel very good. The only gripe was the service in the buffet restaurant was erratic to none existent. Food, cooking and all other restaurants, excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS"

The Good: Elite Club Room 5423. View is AMAZING. Room was white glove clean. King bed was oh so comfy. Loved the walkin shower and dual sinks. Checkin was seamless and personable. Customer Service here is unmatched. Grounds was well kept. Always clean and neat. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant. The Bad: Room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I said NO ELEVATOR. LoL. Once we went down those stairs, we were down for the day. LoL. Would have loved to drink fresh fruit juice. Juice was very syrupy. The Ugly: NOTHING
